had two fried squirrel this week..one was as tender as could and he other was as tough as a buffalos hide.. i didn't par boil the old one enough i guess squirrel and dumplings sure is good eating...

Yes sir, I miss the days when I was young and we went squirrel hunting with my dad. No better eatin and my grandmother would fix anything we brought home and it was goooood..
I hadn't had squirrel in a lot of years now.

just find ya a nice big pecan tree or walnut tree and they will surely show up, worse part is skinnin em.
